Join a Book Club!
Have you ever been in a Book Club? Everyone in our class has joined a Book Club with other kids who were interested in reading a similar book. We meet 2 or 3 times a week to talk about our reading assignment from the day before. Our Book Clubs stay organized because each person has a job for every meeting - either Discussion Director, Summarizer, Passage Picker, or Illustrator. (We can tell you more about each job later.)
